The server was very friendly and helpful. Was able to answer all of our questions. Soup and fresh bread were piping hot. The food is delicious. We got a variety of small plates and a Hawaiian pizza with cauliflower crust. Definitely will be back.

This was my second time at CPK. I came here during lunch with my coworkers. Our waitress was a pleasant lady named Zhane. She did a great job taking care of our food and drinks. All of our orders looked fantastic and tasted delicious. I got a mango passion iced tea which was great but I wish I had a straw to stir the drink because when I got towards the bottom, that's where are the flavor seemed to be. I will be coming back here.

What a wreck. Reminds me why I try not to goto chains.
I asked for cilantro with my salad. It didn't come initially. My waitress never showed up.
But that's not it. My friend asked for avocado for hers. She paid extra. It didn't come and waitress didn't show up.
Another friend asked for a margarita. These suckers are $10 and hers came with mint and without salt. She didn't want that. Waitress didn't show up.
Lastly. Our appetizers came with our bill.
This place is a hot mess. Of course you can say that we should have made a stink but if you saw how unenthused our wait staff was, you'd realiZe it's easier to give up. -

Nearby Cheesecake Factory and Brio had extremely long wait times so we defaulted to CPK. While not New York pizza normally you have a decent experience at this chain.
I can't understand why they made the six of us wait almost 20 minutes when half the tables were empty.
When the beer, the bread and spiced olive oil for dipping the bread are the best things of the night you know the rating will be one star.
Appetizers portions were extremely small. The Southeast egg rolls were very greasy. The corn guacamole was pretty good. Salads were uninspired.
All four pizzas suffered from overcooking and their being chintzy on toppings. The two chicken dishes ordered contained extremely overcooked rubbery fowl.
Service was ok. They did give us soda refills without our being asked.
We would have been better off eating in the mall's food court. -

Poor service...No one in the place, and it took over 30 mins for a Caesar salad and pizza. The bartender was rude and lazy. This was a Thursday night at the Christiana Mall.
